Nicole Duca Sullivan

Nicole Duca Sullivan was born in Worcester, MA in 1972, and grew up in a large family in

Boylston, MA graduating from Tahanto Regional H.S. in 1990. Her father was a Master

Electrician before his passing in 2002 and owned and operated Boylston Electrical Company,

Inc. Her brothers have now taken over the running of the family business. As she was raised in

a blue-collar family, she knows firsthand what a work-related accident can do to a family. She

also understands what it is like to have a loved one in need of financial assistance due to a

terminal illness and to be battling with the Social Security Administration or the Department of

Industrial Accidents for the benefits they deserve. She now lives in Westborough, MA and is the

proud mom of her four children.

While attending law school in Washington, D.C. at the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic

University of America, she had the opportunity to work at Corporation Counsel's office, which

handled all the civil claims against the District of Columbia, she also worked for the Army Corps

of Engineers in Baltimore, Maryland. Upon returning to Massachusetts she had the honor of

working for Attorney John Kerrigan, a well respected litigation attorney in Boston. She also had

the privilege of working for the Honorable Judge Martha Grace, who later became the Chief

Justice of the Juvenile Courts in Massachusetts. Nicole started working for Fred Homan in 1998

as a litigation associate and very quickly became a partner. When she took the firm over in

2011, she continued as the manager of Law Offices of Nicole D. Sullivan & Associates, P.C. in

addition to representing injured and disabled people. Attorney Sullivan believes very strongly in

the rights of injured and disabled people. She is proud to carry on the legacy of Fred Homan

through Sullivan and Hartley, P.C. and to have created an atmosphere where clients feel

comfortable and secure and know their rights are being protected.

Outside the office, Nicole enjoys volunteering with the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Mock

Trial Program, where she coaches the Saint John’s High School
